Are you having problems processing a credit card payment?

If you are having problems processing a credit card payment, try the following steps to be sure that our system is operational.

  1. Test Your Connection to Skipjack:
    Click on the link above. You should see the Skipjack logo of a sailing ship. Below that, you will see the URL www.skipjackic.com followed by a 7-character code (usually SJTRNxx where xx is 01, 02, or 03)
  2. Test Skipjack's Ability to Accept Payments:
    Click on the link above, then press the "Submit" button. You should receive an order confirmation.
  3. Test Your Connection to ECSI/EBS:
    Click on the link above. You should see the ECSI homepage.

If any one of these diagnostic tests does not give the results that are explained above, then there may be a problem. Please contact us to report the problem. Please be sure to note which of the 3 tests above failed.
