How To Send and Receive Files
Important Note:Several times through this document you will see {CLIENT ID}. When you see this, please insert YOUR Client ID without the brackets.
Start Using the File Transfer
- Double click on the {CLIENT ID}-FILES shortcut on your desktop, the program will launch.
- Enter the number for your choice of options then go to the appropriate section below. Your options are:
- Option 1 = Download reports.
- Option 2 = Download a file.
Download Reports
- At the opening window, enter the number 1.
- Any files at C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS will be moved to C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS\BACKUP.
- All reports created since your last download will now be downloaded into C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS.
- Your C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS will be open displaying the most recently downloaded reports.
Download Files
- At the opening window, enter the number 2 and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
- The program will display a list of all the files available for download. Type in the number of the file you need and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
- The file you selected will now be downloaded into C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\ RECIEVE.
- Your C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\ RECIEVE will be open displaying the most recently downloaded files.
Download Files
- Place a copy of the file to be sent to EBS on your desktop. Make sure the file name does not include spaces.
- Drag the file onto the EPAY-{CLIENT ID} shortcut on your desktop.
- Several command prompt windows will appear then will close, the file is sent.
