How To Send and Receive Files

Important Note:

Several times through this document you will see {CLIENT ID}. When you see this, please insert YOUR Client ID without the brackets.

Start Using the File Transfer

  1. Double click on the {CLIENT ID}-FILES shortcut on your desktop, the program will launch.
  2. Enter the number for your choice of options then go to the appropriate section below. Your options are:
    1. Option 1 = Download reports.
    2. Option 2 = Download a file.

Download Reports

  1. At the opening window, enter the number 1.
  2. Any files at C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS will be moved to C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS\BACKUP.
  3. All reports created since your last download will now be downloaded into C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS.
  4. Your C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\REPORTS will be open displaying the most recently downloaded reports.

Download Files

  1. At the opening window, enter the number 2 and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
  2. The program will display a list of all the files available for download. Type in the number of the file you need and hit the enter key on your keyboard.
  3. The file you selected will now be downloaded into C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\ RECIEVE.
  4. Your C:\EPAY-{CLIENT ID}\ RECIEVE will be open displaying the most recently downloaded files.

Download Files

  1. Place a copy of the file to be sent to EBS on your desktop. Make sure the file name does not include spaces.
  2. Drag the file onto the EPAY-{CLIENT ID} shortcut on your desktop.
  3. Several command prompt windows will appear then will close, the file is sent.
